Council Tax Tricks as suprise from the council

I have received a mail yesterday, to pay our council tax, which was calculated for 10 months as £774. The mail was stating we'll have to pay it in 7 (!) Months, in about £111 per month. Cheeky Monkeys :-)

Now I am gonna have to send them an email as I want to pay it in 10 months, rather than in 7, as not sure if I am gonna live there for so long, but anyway, how they expect someone to pay the 10 Months term in 7 Months? Only I am the one who finds it ridiculous?

It turns out, every time I go home from work a "suprise" is waiting for me sealed in a white envelope. :-)
