That's'right ....1 day left. However it seems that is never gonna be passed. Time has just stopped ... at least I feel it that way
I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S for Mrs. Smith on Amazon. It was good price £305, but when it arrived came with surprise.
1. The product itself was shipped from Germany
2. The product itself was manufactured and sold for Poland
so I have Polish box, manual, everything for the phone, also the sales code in the phone's firmware is for Poland as well. Weird. Then later on came the second disappointment. It cannot be upgraded to Gingerbread through KIES. I called up Samsung UK customer service then they told me to take the phone to the nearest Samsung service which is luckily a couple minutes walk from us. As we don't have time for the upgrade at this moment, we might need to do it when we come back.
Anyway, the phone is surprisingly fast, my so much hated FROYO seems to work very well on this phone, so I believe the O2 modified version was sh*t
Yesterday I popped in the station and left my timesheet there, my next review is coming up soon, probably just right after I came back. Not sure what is gonna happen, because even though I raised the hours I police, I still feel I haven't got much more experience. (well, I do have, but not sure if that is gonna be enough)
Still love to do it, so hopefully I can be progressed to the next level. (assigned to a local team)
I spent yesterday's evening with ironing my clothes and packing for the holiday. Also printed boarding cards, organizing Hungarian SIM cards, chargers, etc. This is what I hate much in preparation. There are always so many things to do. Mrs. Smith will be running around in town for the last shopping, withdrawing money, etc, so she is gonna be busy as well. Unfortunately she has been working in the last 3 days, every evening, so her time is much more limited then mine.
I am trying to organize a meetup with friends for Saturday at our favorite restaurant/pizza place, I hope they will attend all :)
I am still not sure whether I should take my badminton racket home or not. 2 weeks without badminton ... even the idea makes me sad ...
