I can't believe it. Friday again. I checked my calendar today and faced with the fact, that half of the month has gone already. With this speed Christmas is around the corner, and here comes 2011  soon.

My younger brother enjoys his time at home, we are preparing ourselves for the foggy Snowdonia next week.

This week I am oncall, the busiest week ever, I was called out every day! Really pissed me off. Apart from the fact I am getting paid every time I log in it is still annoying. I had to come home from kung-fu training, I had to wake up this morning at 1.am, I had to stop watching the evening film and work, etc. Being on-call kills your social life for sure. Especially when you need to be oncall every 3rd week. (And of course more if your colleague is on holiday) I hate this situation, but as I have no other choice I am gonna have to live with it.

I don't plan anything special for this weekend, hopefully badminton, and catching up with friends.

I ordered a new Video card for my PC last week, which had been delivered now. I installed it yesterday, works perfectly, hopefully it will improve the ability to play HD videos on my desktop PC.All I need now is a DVI-HDMI cable to connect the PC to my Plasma. (I will pop in the Tesco tonight probably, this is the quickest way to get a cable - otherwise I would order from Amazon)
