Yesterday I visited the local Buddhist Church and joined their Wing Chun Kung Fu lesson.

The introductory lesson was free of charge, and interesting. There was another english guy joining, so the instructor was happy, that at least we could practice with each other.

He asked if we did any martial arts before, the guy was complete beginner, I told I did martial arts couple years back, but still never tried Wing Chun. (but always wanted)

The whole lesson was great, he rushed us through lots of technics showed lots of different movements just to give us a taste of it. Many of them I already knew from before, but still it was quite difficult to do.

My opponent, training partner, was a real disaster. He could not control his hand-leg movement, so he always did everything wrong, and moved like a puppet on strings. 

Because of his lame defense, I accidentally hit him in the forehead with my fist... He did not get mad but surprised. 

Anyway, after the lesson I decided to go for the next one as well, I really missed doing martial arts for a long time now. Also it was really bad to realize how much flexibility I lost over the years, my muscles are weak, my speed disappeared, my joints are blocked. Hopefully this is about to change in a couple weeks.
