This is it. No, not Michael Jackson this time.

We are "celebrating" our ONE year anniversary in East-Anglia. Let me tell you, I do not feel it was one year already. Time shifted into a different gear and with incredible speed left us behind. For me it seems only a couple months, but no, this was a whole year.

So many things happened in the last year, and if you are a regular reader of my blog, you must know all the happenings.

What changed in the last year? Not too much really :-). My job is still at stake, as it is since January. (I kinda gettin' used to it)

• Weather was great throughout the year, you can not compare it to Manchester.
• We still miss our friends from the North, and miss those who went home in the meantime.
• Visited lots of places in East-Anglia, South of England, Dorset, etc.
• Financially it was a great year for us, let's hope it will continue.
• We've met lots of people again, so our social life is getting better.
• I could finally get my trip to the US. this January and visited the Big Apple, in minus 15 degrees celsius, and the plane floating on the Hudson :-)
• Could visit Cornwall, which is a magical wonder of the world for us
• Went home two times this year, visited family, friends

However did not meet with friends I really wanted to meet. (Mr. O, Len, Mr. Italian, etc)

I will try to organize meetings, and have this missing objective completed.

Anyway, I really hope we will be able to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary here, despite of all the bad signs right now.
