And about the shower:
United Utilities has finally made a statement, that after long monitoring period of the water pressure, they realized, the pressure is low, however it is still in the range they have to provide, so NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE WATER PRESSURE.
If we experience problems having hot water in the top floor apartments, we have to find a solution for that by ourselves.
They have nothing to do with us.
I also received a mail from them, as the following:
"We have been carrying out major work in your area to improve the quality and reliability of the water supply. To carry out this work we brought in water from another area. Unfortunately, this caused the reduction in water pressure.
However this work is now complete and your pressure should be back to normal. If you are still experiencing problems, please call 0845 309 3003. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 5:00pm. I will be happy to help you."
Well, I think they have closed the case from their side. This has been going on for 4 Months now, and noone gives a shit about the solution. They never came on site to check it we had hot water or not. They just said: it should be back to normal.
