Our boiler is about to burst. I asked the landlord to come and inspect is, because the carpet is soaking wet around the boiler in the cabinet. So he removed the front panel and noticed the leak. He will have this replaced in the next couple days, just hope it will not burst in the meantime.
The most important thing we still have hot water which is good :)
