I am leaving my job. I have made the decision this morning. Let me tell you what happened.

Recently I got approached by a HR agent who found my details on Linkedin, and offered me a job. I decided to apply for it and see my options. I got through the two-stage interviewing process, and yesterday I got the confirmation that I Was successful.

Then yesterday evening I spent the night with discussing our future with Mrs. Smith, listing the pros and cons of this new job. 

Today I gave a call to my line manager, and she called up our VP to find out about my future with my current company. Unfortunately there is no chance for us to stay in the UK in this position, as there is no running project at this moment. So it really made the decision for us, and I have accepted this new position.

Pros: Home based - I can work from home remotely, so our life would not change that much, better money, closed down for Christmas, lots of work

Cons: Home based - not sure how will I able to manage not being able to socialize with colleagues, less benefits, force you to get your days off at Christmas, not a real telecom :-(

So anyway, I am changing job this January, hopefully everything will turn out the best for us ...
