I went to Felixstowe in my lunch break. This was the first time in my life, when I had my lunch at the seaside. Near the golf club, there is a huge parking lot, with beautiful view of the sea. I parked my car there, and sat on a bench, which was facing towards the sea.
The air was a bit cool, however did not care, the feeling was great. I was eating my lunch, listening to the sound of the waves, and the cry of the seagulls. Incredible feeling that is for sure.
The beach was almost empty, some old people walked along only. The sun was bright, the water was clean, and on the horizon I saw the oil platforms of the North Sea. I felt bad when I had to get back to work.
The best thing is that from door to door, the seaside is 17 minutes drive from my workplace. In this weather I will be visiting the sea to have my lunch more often.
