I have registered myself on a social networking page for professionals a long time ago. www.linkedin.com 

It is like any other social networking pages (facebook, hi5, iwiw), but this is all for professionals.

I have around 100 connections, with the people I have worked with in Telecom, lots of business connections, and I have a fully detailed profile there.

This database is often used by recruitment companies, who happened to found me earlier, and this is how I could get my new job. So basically, without posting job adverts, without posting my CV anywhere, I have been found, and recruited. 

This is just like a fairy tale, I still do not believe it really, but the best: I still receive job offers through different agents. Recently, I have been asked 2 times to apply for a job, with better and better money. Unbelievable. 

I think the time I spent in Prague is just paying off now, and hopefully I look into a bright future in the UK. I do not want to change my current plan, I still want to go to Ipswich, because I assume I will be able to learn a lot there and get a better focus on telecom's equipment in the world market, and this job will be perfect for that. And somehow the dark shadow of McDonald's which was after me in the UK, is fading away...

I have lot to thank for many people, and I hope I will be able to return their favours.
