Sofa Troubles - Round two

We received our sofa at the beginning of this week. Altough we had to ask two hungarian guys from downstairs to carry out the sofas from the flat (I was not at home by that time) , because last time the english workers COULD NOT DO IT.  The hungarians took them out in 30 seconds, without even removing the door, as it was done last time.

Then the furniture agent said, they only could bring 1 two-seat sofa, as they did not have in stock another one. Anyway, it was brought in the flat, and they have gone. We asked around when they will bring the second one, and got the answer, they could not tell as there is nothing in stock of their provider.

I started to be angry again, but accepted it. Yesterday morning I asked our Landlord agent, who is also hungarian :), to call the furniture company, in order to ask about the sofa.

They said again, they did not have it in stock. Around 2 hours later I received a phone call from the Landlord, that the furniture company transport workers had called him, that they stood infront of our building and bought the other sofa.

Crazy, isn't it?

Anyway, we received the second one too, and the funny thing, that these people did not have a clue about what their colleagues told us on the phone.

How can a country run like this?

And for the final moment:

They did not bring the same colour as it was ordered. Both sofas are sharing the same, but different colour what we ordered.

Who would like to send them back to replace again? ;)
