I haven't written anything here for a long time, therefore I have lots of things to catch up.
Easter. The Easter in Manchester was very cold, and snowy. It was snowing heavily on the day before and on Easter Monday also.We decided with two friend of ours that we will do some shopping and will cook ourselves a good Easter Ham (which is our tradition at Easter). Unfortunately the girls bought wrong kind of meat, so we were ended up eating fried turkey steak.
The turkey steak was also very good, however it was not a real ham what we usually have at Easter.
As this was Easter, and this is one of my favourite celebration/bank holiday, I had coloured/painted some eggs, using natural painting procedure in the lack of the proper egg paint. This natural way was to use the outside layers of the onion.
You can see how nice decoration this was.

After the meal we were having some rest, then we were checking on the internet what kind of old mobile phones we had in the past. We were browsing between the different mobiles which now seems to be like never existed technology.
On Easter Monday, we decided to go and splash the girls we know in Manchester with some water, not forgetting the hungarian tradition on Easter Monday. I know czech people are hitting the women with a stick at Easter Monday, but we only spray them with some parfume. :-)
all of the girls were suprised as we were dressed up in smart casual/business wear, and we were knocking on their front door, and also told some Easter poem to them before we sprayed them. Strange habbit that is for sure.
We spent almost the whole day with this, driving from one girl's house to the other. On the highway we were caught by a blizzard, it was very interesting to see, that England can have this weather in March :-)
Also we visited a girl, and when we were looking for her address, we found out, she is living the very middle of Moss Side. Well I have to say, we were a little bit worried, however the streets were calm at the daytime, I would have done the same in the evening.
Anyway, the "Easter Traditions" were kept by us this year properly and we enjoyed it a lot.
I will try to write more regularly, however we had very busy 2 weeks, and had no time at all, also we just came back from London today morning at 1:30.
So, off to bed now....
