Seventeenth and a HalfTH :-)

If any of you know the answer, I would be happy with any suggestion.

1. INVITE goes advertising media address and port

2. 183 Ringing with RTP comes back

3. 200 OK (SDP) comes back

4. as the call is up another INVITE is being sent with new media address and port

 

Is this correct? Shouldn't this be a re-INVITE rather then a normal INVITE in the call?

 

Any thoughts?

It's Invite called as re-Invite, because it's second Invite in single transaction..

Denis,

The Cseq was not incremented in the second invite, therefore it was not a re-INVITE, just another invite in the same conversation. Weird :-)
