Today I went to the city centre in Manchester by train (2,80GBP), just to look around and see the city itself, also to do some shopping. It is still raining outside, 6 days constantly as they told me.
As I am more kinda Primark guy, than Marks Expensive (Marks and Spencer), I went to Primark to suprise myself with some room equipment like laundry basket, which I will never take back to Hungary ( money down the drain), and umbrella and also a sheet for my bed.
Also I had to top up my O2 card with 10 quid, and I realised that the money is slipping out of my hand these days. Of course I had to pop in to a mcDonalds just to feel the old days and appreciate my life here more.
I made some pictures about my flat and the things around, so lets enjoy.
This is the entrance of the flat. Please pay attention to the newish ceiling
And then take a look at the inside stairway, which has the right colour on the wall just to let you feel relaxed and calmed, as you climb over 4 stairs, as the elevators are not in operation.
The grey spots on the wall are clearly the sign of the ongoing construction works however as the tenants are stating, they have seen no workers around for a very very long time.
The next image is the front entrance, well, the area which is supposed to be the front entrance, but right now it looks like a ballroom for homeless people.
I should really not complain, as the old, but nice sofa, is almost asking us to sit down, and rest for a moment, and forget our pain.
What else could be the entrance than the one at the back of the house, which also shows the same standard, and high quality then the whole block represents.
A little further away, I would like to show you the way to reach this back entrance. As I told you the constant rain is not helping, therefore in order to get home you MUST be an action hero, or at least Moses to get through this mainland SEA.
And OOops, let me show you something, just to give you some help to compare the images, below please find the area where we lived in Prague.
You might say, Hungarian wankers, always complaining, and it can be true :-)
I decided to show you my flat later on, as you need time to absorb this I gave you so far.
Tomorrow morning the work will start, I am facing 1 hour bus drive to get there, and also some pretty serious stress regarding my tasks there.
don't forget to PRAY for Success
